Art as a Path to Healing
In 2015, while reading Dr. Wayne Dyer's legendary book,Wishes Fulfilled," I encountered an affirmation that brought me to knees. This powerful statement profoundly affected me, revealing my life challenge: believing in myself and recognizing my worth. I decided to paint the affirmation, which now adorns my wall, serving as a constant reminder that I can and will become the best version of myself, freeing myself from the chains of limitation.
